Cancellation Policy
Booking a treatment is considered a binding commitment. An appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Any later cancellation will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. If you do not show up for your appointment without cancelling in time or violate Her Spa etiquette, the cost of the treatment will still be due.
